As Elit Mezat; Name and surname, TR ID number, telephone number, e-mail address information and all kinds of data that fall within the definition of personal data, including, but not limited to, your name and surname, TR ID number, telephone number, e-mail address information that you specified in your membership application we have made in order to provide service to you, are protected and kept by Elit Mezat under the following conditions and scope. It is not shared, it can be deleted and destroyed.
A. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is carried out by our business units in order to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by Elit Mezat and the execution of the relevant business processes, the use of products and / or Services and the planning and execution of sales processes, the planning and execution of operation processes, the planning of after-sales support services activities. and/or execution, management of relations with business partners and/or suppliers, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date and ensuring continuity in the supply of services offered, legal, technical and commercial-business compliance of Elit Mezat and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with Elit Mezat. Elit Mezat, within the scope of auction information and similar marketing activities, within the scope of the obligation to regularly inform the Information Technologies Communication Authority in accordance with the relevant legislation, the obligation to notify the Relevant Public Institutions and Organizations, Notary Public, Courts and Prosecutors' Offices and the legal rights of Elit Mezat. Personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK in order to fulfill obligations before all legal authorities in order to protect.

B. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED?
Your personal data; It is not shared with any organization or institution for any reason.

C. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be used in any verbal, written or electronic environment in order to provide the services we offer as Elit Mezat within the determined legal framework and to fully and accurately fulfill the obligations arising from the contract and the relevant legislation, to establish and execute the contract, in accordance with the purposes stated above. It can be collected for reasons and within the scope of relevant legislation, including but not limited to these. For this legal reason, we use your personal data collected for the purposes specified in articles A and B of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
D. YOUR RIGHTS AS A RELATED PERSON WHO IS THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER KVKK NUMBER 6698
Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to Elit Mezat as data controller regarding the following matters:

1. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
2. Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
3. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
5. Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
6. In accordance with Article 7 of KVKK No. 6698, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data ex officio or within the framework of the stipulated conditions upon the request of the relevant person, in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though the personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws,

General Information
1- The information provided when registering to the site is considered correct.
2- Your address, phone number and registration information are not shared with third parties. This information is used entirely to contact you, to notify you of auction times, and for invoice-delivery note transactions.
3- Knowingly and willingly registering to the site with different identities and using it in bad faith will be subject to legal sanctions through Elit Mezat's contracted lawyers.
4- If the products purchased by bidding are not purchased, any receivables and losses arising from this transaction are legally collected.
